COVID-19 Safety Protocol Design and Implementation

Bringing employees back to the workplace during the COVID-19 pandemic can feel scary and overwhelming.  TPM Services offers businesses, organizations, and agencies a way to reduce that anxiety by designing and implementing safety protocols that put business and their employees at ease. 

TPM does this in three ways:

1. Expertise –
   A team of experts in site management, logistics, public health and infectious disease will design a custom tiered site safety plan that outlines a step-by-step protocol for employees to follow while at work.
    

2. Testing –
   Regular testing will keep worksites COVID-free and contain any outbreaks before they happen.  Our team will oversee regular testing of all on-site employees.  Working with a medical team and testing partner, TPM will manage test collection, results, and approval protocols for letting employees return to work.
    

3. Regulation –
   TPM Staff will:

   1. Train employees about infection and mitigation, including the proper use of PPE.

   2. Identify and create delineated spaces for cohorts based on job descriptions to limit numbers of unique interactions among staff.

   3. Provide independent site safety monitors to regulate and supervise the worksite to ensure compliance with the site safety plan.
